Mental Health Trainings
I deliver evidence-based mental health webinars and line manager trainings to organisations across the UK and worldwide. Integrating my counselling experience into my trainings, I aim to reduce workplace stigma and normalise the mental health continuum to help create a healthier workplace culture. My compassionate and adaptive style of training helps to build trust and encourage employees to be more informed and more proactive with their self-care.
I work collaboratively with directors, HR professionals, wellbeing champions and MHFAiders to create bespoke trainings that align with the wellbeing initiatives of the organisation. I can combine my trainings with my counselling support, to provide a more holistic wellbeing service that works in tandem with existing mental health and wellbeing benefits.
Below are a few of my most popular online trainings to give you a taste of what I offer.

01
Coping with Bereavement
This webinar weaves many real life examples of bereavement to highlight the different types of grief and delves into 4 conceptual models that help make sense of grief and the mourning process. It also addresses the loneliness often experienced when greiving and provides tips on how to cope with grief and how to support others.
02
Suicide Prevention
Inspired by the World Suicide Prevention Day theme, this webinar's focus is on "Changing the Narrative". It explores the power of narratives and debunks common myths and fears about suicide. It also helps make sense of the statistics, highlights common signs of distress, as well as weaves anonymised stories of real life individuals. It concludes with tips on how talk to and support others safely and provides a list of helplines and resources.

Supportive Manager Training
This robust mental health training aims to deepen managers’ knowledge of employee mental health and increase their confidence to identify behavioural shifts resulting from workplace stress, mental ill health, personal crisis, neurodiversity challenges and relational dynamics. It is based on humanistic management principles and a whole person model that are designed to foster compassion and workplace diversity and inclusion.
I tailor each training to the unique needs of the organisation, taking into account the industry/sector and company culture to ensure engagement. I also include HR operational requirements specific to the organisation..
04
